How are experts verified?+
Credentials (bar enrolment, ICAI membership, service records and the like) are checked at onboarding, along with experience and specialisation. Verified experts carry a badge and are matched to cases in their exact practice area.
How much do experts charge?+
Per case, on terms agreed in writing before work begins — scope, fee and expected timeline. Platform plans and expert fees are separate, and both are always visible upfront. No surprises.
Is my information confidential?+
