JanSahara provides information, navigation tools, document templates, case tracking and facilitation of connections with independent verified professionals (“Experts”).
Platform content — including resolution paths and templates — is general information, not legal, tax or professional advice. Advice, where you seek it, comes from the Expert you engage, under your direct professional relationship with them.
Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. Do not misuse the platform — including uploading unlawful content or attempting to harm the service or other users.
Paid plans bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Paid plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee from purchase. Expert fees are separate, agreed directly and disclosed before engagement.
Experts are independent professionals, not employees or agents of JanSahara. We verify credentials at onboarding but each engagement’s advice and conduct is the Expert’s professional responsibility.
Legal and administrative outcomes depend on facts, forums and authorities. We commit to clear paths and honest tracking — never to guaranteed results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanSahara’s aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the platform.
